Our organic Cooked Ham is a "High Quality" ham: therefore with a low content of preservatives and antioxidants. Therefore, once opened, it should be cut and consumed as quickly as possible, taking care to store it at a temperature between 0° and 4°. It can also be vacuum-packed or placed in MAP, extending its natural shelf-life by a few days.

In order to release the typical aromas of the processing and cooking, BioVida organic cooked ham should be consumed after slicing it and letting it rest for 20 minutes at room temperature. We recommend pairing it with white wines from our Region, such as "Friulano" or sparkling "Ribolla Gialla", which best enhance the flavours.
