Sliced meats

Made exclusively with pork neck from organically farmed pigs. They are processed fresh according to the rules of the ancient school of pork butchery. After trimming, the coppe are subjected to a delicate salting and massage, then stuffed into natural gut glued, and finally subjected to the stages of drying and seasoning in rooms with controlled temperature and humidity.

The BioVida Cup is a quality product, with a low content of preservatives and antioxidants. Once opened, it should be consumed as quickly as possible, taking care to store it at a temperature between 0° and 4°.

Degustazione e abbinamento

The Coppa BioVida should be tasted preferably cold. We recommend pairing it with red wines such as Dolcetto d'Alba or Montepulciano d'Abruzzo, which better enhance the taste.

The colour of the inside of the salumi is pinkish red with white fat. The taste is full, spicy and typical of a quality cured meat, with a well-balanced flavour.
