BioVida Biowurstel is made exclusively from pure organic pork. Processed according to old Austrian traditions, it has a mildly spicy taste. In the final cooking phase, it is lightly smoked with woody essences and juniper berries.

Our Biowurstel is a quality product, with a low content of preservatives and antioxidants. Therefore, once opened it should be cooked and consumed as quickly as possible, taking care to store it at a temperature between 0° and 4°C.
