Luigi Vida Bio's Mortadella is a quality cured meat with a low content of preservatives and antioxidants. Therefore, once opened it should be consumed as quickly as possible taking care to store it at a temperature between 0°C and +4°C.

Degustazione e abbinamento

In order to express the best of its production, Luigi Vida Bio mortadella should be eaten cold. We recommend pairing it with young, sparkling red wines such as Lambrusco IGT, which better enhance its taste.

The inside of the mortadella is typically pink, with white lard. It is soft with a firm slice, able to melt in the mouth like a true quality salami. The mortadella is sweet and delicately flavoured, with just the right balance of salt.


The best bacon, shoulders and throats of fresh organic pork, slow cooking in refractory brick stoves, and a lot of passion in making cold cuts since 1966.
