Luigi Vida Bio's Mortadella is a quality cured meat with a low content of preservatives and antioxidants. Therefore, once opened it should be consumed as quickly as possible taking care to store it at a temperature between 0°C and +4°C.

In order to express the best of its production, Luigi Vida Bio mortadella should be eaten cold. We recommend pairing it with young, sparkling red wines such as Lambrusco IGT, which better enhance its taste.
